You can enroll for these services at any time, but you must do so by approximately mid-February, to be registered for electronic delivery of the current year's Annual Meeting materials. Once enrolled, subscribers will be notified via e-mail when the current year's Annual Meeting materials are available on the Internet at the same time the printed materials are mailed to shareowners.

Registered shareowners can get more information, read about frequently asked questions and sign up for electronic delivery by going to http://www.computershare.com/verizon and following the instructions to login/register. You will need the company name (Verizon) or ticker symbol (VZ), your social security number and zip code to enroll. Once enrolled click the link for Electronic Shareholder Communications and follow the instructions. There is no charge to the shareowner for participation in electronic delivery. Participation is voluntary and can be canceled at any time.

Investors whose Verizon shares are held by their broker or bank should contact them directly and ask for electronic delivery of Verizon's Annual Meeting materials.
