All business segments are measured and evaluated on segment income, which excludes unallocated corporate expenses and other adjustments that arise during each reporting period.

Verizon's wireline telecom presence provides local telephone services, nationwide long distance, broadband services and other communication and data products in 28 states and Washington, DC for both consumers and small and medium sized businesses.
Wireline - Verizon Business Wireline - Verizon Business
Verizon Business provides advanced communications solutions in networking, security, mobility, hosting and IT solutions for large businesses and governments around the world.
